...that we are not starting on March 26th, with matclasses for cyclists. Cyclists often have very specific problems, e.g. rounded shoulders and upper back and very tight hamstrings, lower back and/or calf muscles. So we have developed a series of matclasses that focus on releasing the tight muscles and strengthening the weaker muscles. The plan is to run lunchtime classes in town at JAI, from 12 - 12.50 and evening classes here at the Studio, 6.30 - 7.30.
I am still keen on running these classes, but need a couple more interested cyclists. I will update as soon as I know when classes will start.
