Happy 2018!

It took me a while to get out of my lazy 'make the most of this weather' mode, but all good things come to an end, so that another good thing can happen. And my next 'good thing' is my trip to Leipzig from February 1st - 22nd, where my anatomist friend will teach me how to -pre- dissect a human cadaver, allowing me to get a deeper, better understanding of the human body and specifically of the fascia. Exciting times.

For you this means that the group classes will not start until February 26th. I am planning to run classes on Monday at 7.30pm, Tuesday 9.15am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm, Wednesday 9.15am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm and Thursday 6.30pm. I am available for private classes (private group or individual) and Fascial Manipulation from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between 10.30am - 5pm.
