The school holidays are coming to an end which means the Pilates mat-classes are starting again.

This term is a 'bit messy' as there will only be 3 weeks - starting Monday February 3rd. I will then be away for 5 weeks, starting again on March 30th for another 2 weeks until the Easter/school holiday break from April 10. Things should be back to normal from the start of term 2, on April 28th.  

For term 1, the Monday 7.30pm, Wednesday 9am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm classes will definitely run. The other classes will not start until term 2. 

Private -group- classes and fascial manipulation are available this term. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion :-). I promise to make it up to you in term 2!
